CHECK-IN AND RECEIVING THE RACE KIT PROCESS - Techcombank Ha Noi Marathon

All the information about the check-in process at the event and receiving the Race Kit for athletes of the 2nd edition of the Techcombank Hanoi Marathon below. The Organizing Committee encourages athletes to complete the electronic waiver (e-waiver) to receive a QR code before arriving at the event’s check-in. This will help athletes save nearly half the time completing check-in procedures and receiving the race kit at the event.

TIME

Please note that the check-in area will only be operational during the specified time frames below:

Friday, September 15, 2023, from 09:30 AM to 08:00 PM.
Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

LOCATION

Check-in Area at Marathon Village, Beside Vincom Plaza Long Bien, Chu Huy Man Street, Long Bien District, Ha Noi.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

Image or printout of the QR Code (sent via email).
ID card/Passport of Athletes.

AUTHORIZATION PROCESS

In case the athlete authorizes a person to receive the Race Kit, please follow these steps:

Athletes fill the name of Authorized person on the website signing e-waiver online.
Authorized person must bring:

Copies/Picture of the athlete’s ID card/Passport
ID card/Passport of the authorized person
Image of the athlete’s QR Code (sent to Athletes’ email)

CHECK-IN STEPS

For athletes who have signed the e-waiver and received a QR code

Step 1: Athletes must bring QR code and ID card/ Passport to the check-in counter.
Step 2: Scan QR code.
Step 3: Verify personal information using the athlete’s ID card / Passport.
Step 4: Receive BIB and take a photo of athletes holding their BIB.
Step 5: Complete the check-in process.
Step 6: Proceed to the next counter to pick up the race kit and singlet shirt.

For athletes who have not signed the e-waiver

Step 1: Athletes must bring QR code and ID card/ Passport to the check-in counter.
Step 2: Verify personal information using the athlete’s ID card / Passport.
Step 4: Ký miễn trừ trách nhiệm điện tử.
Step 5: Receive BIB and take a photo of athletes holding their BIB.
Step 6: Complete the check-in process.
Step 7: Proceed to the next counter to pick up the race kit and singlet shirt.

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES!

If athletes want to change the size of the Singlet they registered for, please contact the check-in staff at the shirt collection counter. We will check and assist with size changes if there are enough shirts available for exchange. Alternatively, athletes can proactively contact other participants with similar needs for size exchange by providing information at the shirt size exchange board located at the Marathon Village.

After receiving your Race Kit, athletes should carefully check your Race Kit at the counter. In the case of loss or items missing, the Organizing Committee will not be responsible once the recipient has left the counter.

Athletes must use the Race Kit bag provided by the Organizing Committee to store their checked-in items on the main race day. We do not accept personal bags or any other bags apart from the bag provided by the Organizing Committee when you check-in.
