CHECK-IN PROCEDURE AND RACE-KIT PICK-UP
Please review and save the individual athlete Check-in procedure on page 16 of the Program Booklet to ensure a quick and smooth registration at the event and to successfully participate in this year’s race!
(*) Please note that the photo-taking step of the individual athlete Check-in procedure is intended to protect the rights and fairness of athletes in cases related to cheating and results. The images taken by the check-in device will be kept strictly confidential and only used when necessary.

CHECK-IN TIMES & LOCATION
Athletes joining the 3rd Edition of the Techcombank Hanoi International Marathon must check in during the following times to be eligible to race on September 22:
- Friday, September 20, 2024: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, September 21, 2024: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Race Kit Pickup Tent at Marathon Village – Chu Huy Man Street, Long Bien, Hanoi.
Documents to bring along:
- Image or printout of QR Code (sent via email).
- ID card/Passport of Athletes.
Check-in Procedure and Race Kit Pick-Up:

Authorization information:
If you cannot check in in person, you can authorize someone you trust to do so by sending them your QR code and ID card/ citizen ID/ passport so they can check in at the event.
Make sure you have completed all the registration steps and are well prepared to be ready for the upcoming race!
