Bag Drop Area:

For Marathon and Half Marathon Runners:

– Location: Start Line, Quang Truong – Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi

– Operating Hours:

03:00 – 04:00: For Marathon distance

03:00 – 04:25: For Half Marathon distance

For 10KM and 5KM Runners:

– Location: Marathon Village, Phố Chu Huy Mân, Long Biên, Hanoi

– Operating Hours:

• 05:00 – 06:30: For 10KM distance
• 05:00 – 06:45: For 5KM distance

Bag Pick UP Area:

– Location: Marathon Village – Phố Chu Huy Mân, Long Biên, Hanoi.

– Operating Hours:

• 06:30 – 11:00: For Marathon & Half Marathon distances
• 07:00 – 11:00: For 10KM & 5KM distances

Important Notes:

– Athletes should note to drop/receive their event bags within their designated. It’s recommended to arrive at least one hour before your start time to to avoid a crowded line up to Bag Drop.

– We only accepts event loot bags without valuable or dangerous items. Please ensure you do not leave valuables or dangerous items in your loot bag.

– You will receive a numbered sticker to claim your belongings after completing your race at the Finish Line. 

– Items in bags that are dropped and not retrieved after 11:00 AM on September 22, 2024, will be transferred to the Sunrise Events Vietnam office for storage until Friday, September 27, 2024. Please contact email: marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn to get the bag back. After December 27, 2024, the organizer has full discretion on the items in these bags.
